Getting Started with Everbreed (Web)
Welcome to Everbreed! This guide will walk you through the core steps to get your rabbitry set up and running smoothly. You do not need to learn every feature at once. Start with the basics and build your workflow over time.

Add Your First Rabbit
Start by adding your rabbits to your account. You can add rabbits manually, import records, or upload pedigrees. This is the foundation for managing litters, schedules, health records, and breeding history inside Everbreed.
- Head to the Rabbits page using the navigation sidebar

- In the top right corner. Select the white button (Add) if you would like to add multiple rabbits at once or add rabbits from a jpg, pdf or Evans file. Select the green button (New Rabbit) if you would like to add a single rabbit manually.

- If you are adding multiple, select Add, **then select **Add Many from the options available, and you will be guided through the process.
- You can add many rabbits at once manually
- You can import rabbits from a PDF or a JPG
- You can import rabbits from an Evans HTM file


Update Your Rabbitry Settings
Next, review your account and rabbitry settings to personalize Everbreed for your setup. This may include your rabbitry information, reminders and notifications, account preferences, and more.
Taking a few minutes to update your settings now can make day-to-day management much easier later on.
- Head to your settings page by selecting your name in the bottom right corner of the navigation bar.

- Select settings from the dropdown menu

- Now you can customize all of your settings and preferences

Schedule Your First Task
Once your templates are ready, schedule your first tasks so Everbreed can help you stay on track with upcoming rabbit care and breeding activities.
Scheduled reminders can help reduce missed tasks and keep your rabbitry organized.
- To create your first task, navigate to the Schedule Page on the navigation bar on the left side of the page

- In the top right corner of the page, select: Add New Task

- You can select if you want to add a general task, or one associated with a litter or a particular rabbit. Let’s start by creating your first general task

- Fill in the details and specify whether you want the tasks to repeat, and select create task.

- Once you’ve created your task, the next step is to sync your Everbreed tasks with your personal calendar. Head back to the schedule page, and select export on the right side of the schedule list

Create your first breed plan
Breed Plans help you organize future pairings, track breeding goals, and plan upcoming litters more effectively.
Planning breedings ahead of time can make it easier to manage schedules, timelines, and long-term rabbitry goals inside Everbreed.
Once breedings occur, you can later log litters and track kits directly within the platform.
- To create your first breeding plan, head to the schedule page on the left navigation bar

- You can navigate to breed plans by selecting the tab.

- To create a new plan, select the **Add New Plan **button in the top left corner.

- Now you can select the buck and doe you would like to breed and fill in all the details, and schedule specific tasks.
