How do I record or schedule a Breeding?

Everbreed makes breeding simple with Task notifications when actions need to happen, such as pregnancy tests or adding a nest box. Task Notifications are an added security so you never miss an important step while taking care of your Breeders.

Web Version

There are three ways to record or schedule a breeding in the web version.
Dashboard - Select the waffle icon in the upper right corner of the Dashboard and then click “Breed Plan”.

Breeder’s List - Click the ellipses next to any breeder. Then select “Breed”.
Schedule - Select “Schedule” from the menu on the left side, then choose “Breed Plans” from the menu at the top. After that, click “Add new plan” in the top left.

You will then have the option of whether this is a scheduled future breeding, or a breeding that has already occurred. If you are scheduling a future breeding, only the breed task will be created. This helps keep your calendar from getting cluttered and eliminates the need to move around tasks later, if the birth occurs on a different date than expected. If you are recording a breeding that has already happened then there will be a Breeder Task Template of your choice assigned.

Task Templates help keep you up to date and organized with all of your rabbitry tasks including pregnancy checks, adding nest boxes, and more. You can create as many custom Tasks Templates as you need.

Then choose buck and a doe for the breeding as well as a breed date (past, present, or future).

Click the green “Save Changes” button.

Mobile Version

On your Dashboard, select the green (+) sign. From there, select “Breed”. You can also click the ellipses (...) on a Breeder tile or within a Breeder Profile, and select “Breed”.

Choose which buck and doe you have bred, or are planning to breed, and if you are scheduling a future breeding or recording a breeding that has already occurred.
