How to Edit Litters

As litters grow, details can change. Editing litters allows you to keep your records accurate, including parent information, dates, and kit counts. You can update one litter at a time or make changes to multiple litters at once.

Web Version

You can edit one litter at a time or multiple litters in the web version.

Editing a Single Litter

• Select “Litters” from the menu on the left.
• Find the Litter you want to Edit. You can Search and Filter Litters to find the correct one

• Once you have found the right Litter, click more on the top right corner
• Choose “Edit”

• A form will populate where you can Edit the Litter. You can Edit the Buck, Doe, Prefix, Litter ID, Bred Date, Born Date, Breed, Cage, Total Kits and Total dead Kits

• When you are finished Editing the Litter, select the green “Save Changes” button in the bottom right

Editing Multiple Litters

• Select “Litters” from the menu on the left
• Click the boxes for the Litters you want to Edit

• Choose edit that will pop below

• A form will populate that allows you to Edit all of the Litters you selected at once. You can Edit the Prefix, Bred Date, Born Date, Breed, Cage, and Notes

• When you are finished making changes, click the green “Save Changes” button on the bottom right of the form

Mobile Version

You can edit one litter at a time or multiple litters in the mobile version.

Editing a Single Litter

• Select “Litters” from the menu
• Find the Litter you want to Edit. 

• Once you have selected the right Litter, tap the ellipses (...) in the top right corner
• Tap “Edit”

• A form will open where you can Edit the Litter
• You can Edit the Buck, Doe, Prefix, Litter ID, Bred Date, Born Date, Breed, Cage, Total Kits and Total dead Kits

• When you are finished Editing the Litter, tap the green “Save Changes” button

Editing Multiple Litters

• Select “Litters” from the menu
• Tap the Litters you want to Edit

• Once you have selected the right Litter, tap the ellipses (...) in the top right corner
• Tap “Edit”

• A form will open that allows you to Edit all selected Litters at once
• You can Edit the Prefix, Bred Date, Born Date, Breed, Cage, and Notes

• When you are finished making changes, tap the green “Save Changes” button
