Managing Your Subscription on Web

You can manage most subscription and billing settings directly from the web version of Everbreed.

From the Account page, you can:

  • upgrade or downgrade your plan
  • switch between monthly and annual billing
  • update your payment information
  • view receipts
  • cancel your subscription

Please note that some subscription changes may need to be handled through Apple or Google if you originally subscribed through the mobile app. Learn more about managing your account on mobile here.

To access your subscription settings:

  1. Log in to Everbreed from your browser
  2. Select the profile icon in the bottom left corner


  1. Select Account


Change Your Plan

You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual billing at any time. Paying annually lowers the average monthly cost.

To change your plan:

  1. Open the Account page
  2. Select the Subscription tab


  1. Click the green Change Plan button


  1. Choose between monthly or annual billing and select the plan you would like to switch to


Update Your Payment Information

To update your payment details:

  1. Open the Account page
  2. Select the Settings tab


  1. Near the bottom of the page, locate the Payment Details section



  1. Click into the field to edit and you can add updated payment information

Please note:

  • Payment information for subscriptions made on the web app can currently only be updated through the web version of Everbreed

View & Download Receipts

You can view and download past receipts from the Receipts tab on the Account page.


Cancel Your Subscription

If you signed up through the web version of Everbreed, you can cancel your subscription directly from the Account page.

To cancel:

  1. Open the Account page
  2. Scroll to the Subscription section
  3. Select the red Cancel button
  4. Follow the cancellation steps


Please note:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle after cancellation
  • After your subscription ends, you will no longer be able to log in to your account
