Cage card templates and how to make them

Cage Cards are useful to decipher which rabbits are in which cages. Everbreed’s Cage cards have a QR code that can be scanned to open the Breeder or Litter’s Profile. You can choose what information you want present on your Cage Cards.

Creating Cage Card Templates

Select “Cage Cards” from the menu on the left.
Click “Add New”.
Here, you choose what you want your Cage Card to look like.
Name - Choose a name for the template.
Type - Choose whether it is for Breeders or Litters.
Size - 2x3 inches, 3x5 inches, or 4x7 inches.
Orientation - Vertical or horizontal.
Hole - Choosing “Yes” here will provide a space where you can cut a hole in order to hang your Cage Cards.
Once you have filled out these options a preview of your card will be displayed below. A larger card will allow more space for information.

Each drop-down box presented on the Cage Card shows a list of options when selected. You do not need to use all of the boxes.
Once you are happy with your edits, you can preview a Cage Card by selecting the blue “Preview” button.

If you want to continue editing, click the “Edit Fields” button beneath the Cage Card.
When you are satisfied with your preview, select the green “Save Changes” button in the bottom right.
Your new template will now appear in your Cage Cards list.
