How to mark Litters as Butchered

You can either Butcher Kits within a Litter individually, or as the entire Litter. If you Butcher individually you will enter Weights and Value for each rabbit, and if you Butcher the entire Liter, you will enter one Weight and Value for the entire Litter.

  • Select “Litters” from the menu on the left and choose the “Litters” tab from the top. 
  • Find the Litter you want to Butcher. You can Search and Filter Litters to find the right one.

  • When you have found the correct Litter, select the ellipses that corresponds to it. Then, choose “Butcher”. 



  • At the top of the form you can choose to Butcher individually or as an entire Litter. If you choose “Individually” you can enter Pre-butcher Weights, Butchered Weights, and Value for the Kits you are Butchering. If you choose “Entire Litter” you will be able to enter a total Pre-butcher Weight, Butchered Weight, and Value that will be divided among the total number of Kits. 



  • When you are finished entering your information click the green “Save” button.

  • Select “Litters” from the menu at the bottom and make sure you are on the “Litters” tab (on the top). 
  • Find the Litter you want to mark as Butchered. You can Search and Filter Litters to find the right one,

  • Select the ellipses(...) that corresponds to the Litter and then click “Butcher”. 



  • At the top, you can choose whether to Butcher individual Kits or the entire Litter. 



  • If you choose individual Kits, you will select the dropdown arrow for each Kit to enter their Pre-butcher Weight, Butchered Weight, and Value, if you want to. 



  • If you choose “Entire Litter at once”, you will enter one Pre-butcher weight, Butchered Weight, and Value for the entire Litter. 
  • When you are finished entering your information, click the green “Save” button at the bottom.
