How to Sell Litters
Selling Litters is easy, and your Ledger, if available with your account, will automatically update with the new income.
Select Litters from the menu on the left.
Click the ellipses (...) next to the Litter you would like to sell, then click “Sell”.
A form will appear with an option at the top to sell individual Kits or the entire Litter. Click the slider to make your choice.
If you choose “Individual Kits” you can enter the selling price for each Kit separately.
If you choose “Entire Litter” you will enter one selling price and it will be divided among the number of Kits in the Litter.
At the bottom of the form, you can enter who the Litter or Kits were sold to. If you do not have the person or company saved in your Contacts you can choose “Other” to add a new name and email.
How to Add Contacts
If the buyer uses Everbeed the Litter or Kits will appear in their account. (Make sure to enter the email associated with their account).
Then, select the green “Save” button at the bottom.
Select “Litters” from the menu at the bottom.
Then, click the ellipses in the top right of the Litter’s tile that you want to sell.
Click “Sell”.
At the top of the form that populates, you can choose to sell Kits individually or sell the entire Litter.
If you choose “Individually” you will be able to enter a selling price for each Kit.
If you choose “Entire Litter” you will enter one sale price and it will be divided among the number of Kits sold.
To transfer the Kits or Litter to another Everbreed user you will have to enter the email associated with their Everbreed account in the “Transfer to” section.
Finally, click the green “Save” button at the bottom.
