How do I cancel my account?
You can cancel your account at any time from the Account page. However, if you're canceling because there's a need we're not meeting for you, or something isn't working as expected, please reach out to our customer support team first, to see if we can help resolve the issue for you. We're here to serve you and are committed to constantly improving our product.
If you do decide you'd like to cancel, simply follow the instructions below based on how you signed up.
Once your account is canceled, you continue to have access to the program until the end of your current billing cycle, in case you want to export any records. After that, you will no longer be able to log in to your account.
If you signed up for Everbreed on a web browser, you can cancel your account by logging in at https://app.everbreed.com and going to the Account page in the upper right.
Scroll down and you will see your subscription and a red Cancel button. Click this button and follow the steps to cancel.
If you originally signed up for Everbreed through Apple app store, then Apple handles all payments and requires that all changes to your billing information, including canceling be made through Apple. We do not have access to this data and cannot cancel your account for you.
Important: When you uninstall the app, your subscription won't cancel.
How to cancel through Apple:
Open App store on your phone
Go to > Account > Subscriptions > "Everbreed Rabbit Records"
Tap "Cancel Subscription"
If you originally signed up for Everbreed through Google Play store, then Google handles all payments and requires that all changes to your billing information, including canceling be made through Google. We do not have access to this data and cannot cancel your account for you.
How to cancel through Google:

At the top right, tap the profile icon.
Tap Payments & subscriptions and then Subscriptions.
Select the subscription you want to cancel.
Tap Cancel subscription.
Follow the instructions.
