How to Cancel, Change, or Manage Your Everbreed Subscription


How do I pause, downgrade or cancel my account?


You can manage your Everbreed subscription at any time — whether you want to cancel, upgrade or downgrade, switch to monthly or annual billing, or update your payment method.


📌 Before You Cancel

If you're canceling because there's a need we're not meeting or something isn't working as expected, please reach out to our customer support team first. We’re here to help and are always working to improve the product.


If you decide to cancel, follow the steps below based on how you signed up. Once canceled, you’ll retain access until the end of your current billing cycle so you can export any records. After that, you’ll no longer be able to log in.


❌ How to Cancel Your Account


If you signed up on the Web:

You can cancel directly from your Account page by logging in at app.everbreed.com


  1. Click your profile icon in the upper-right corner and go to Account
  2. Go to the Subscription tab
  3. Click the red Cancel my account button and follow the steps


During cancellation, we’ll guide you through options to pause, downgrade, or share feedback to help us improve.



If you signed up through Apple:

If you signed up through the Apple App Store, Apple handles all payments and account changes — we do not have access to cancel your subscription.


Important: Uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription.


To cancel:

  • Open the App Store
  • Go to Account > Subscriptions > Everbreed Rabbit Records
  • Tap Cancel Subscription


If you signed up through Google:

If you signed up through the Google Play Store, Google handles all subscription changes. We do not have access to cancel your subscription.


Important: Uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription.


To cancel:

  • Open the Google Play app
  • Tap your profile icon
  • Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
  • Select Everbreed
  • Tap Cancel subscription
  • Follow the instructions

🔄 Change Your Subscription (Upgrade/Downgrade, Monthly/Annually)


Web Version

  • Click your profile icon in the upper right and go to Account
  • Select the Subscription tab



  • Click the green Change Plan button
  • Switch between monthly and annual billing at the top
  • Click the green button under the plan you'd like to switch to


Mobile Version

  • Tap More (bottom right) > Your subscriptions
  • Tap the green and blue Switch your plan button



  • Choose between monthly or annual at the top
  • Swipe to view plan options and included features



  • Tap the blue button under the plan you want to switch to


💳 Change Payment Method (Web Only)

To update your payment method:


  • Go to Account from the profile icon
  • Click the Settings tab
  • Click the Edit button under Payment Details



You can update your card and apply a coupon code if you have one.


🧾 View Your Receipts

  • Go to the Receipts tab in your Account settings
  • You can view and download your past receipts
