My Pedigree was not received with a rabbit transfer

If you have sent a pedigree to someone, and it wasn't received, or appears missing from a profile, here are a few things to check:

Make sure the recipient's email address is correct.
Make sure the recipient has checked their spam folder.
If the rabbits has been marked as sold, you can find it in on the Breeders list if you click to Filter by Sold rabbits (https://app.everbreed.com/#!/breeders/sold).
If you tried to transfer the rabbit using an Everbreed link, and the email address was incorrect, you may have to unmark the rabbit as sold, and initiate the sale again with the correct email. Also, the buyer will need to create an Everbreed account if they don't have one in order to receive the rabbit in their account. But if you email it as a PDF, they won't need an account, of course.
